I come from a small town in Western N.Y. the City of Tonawanda. My 17yr. old son recently committed suicide as many others here his age have previously done. They all had a passion for skateboarding. There is nothing in this town for them and we are presently privately funding a possible skate park. The youth here need a park of this sort. Hi Shaun We are from the Sports Medicine Center for Young Athletes located in northern California. We are a group of physical therapists that work exclusively with young athletes, but we also want to prevent their injuries. We are giving an injury prevention seminar on snowboarding on December 16th. We are huge snowboarding fans and this seminar is dedicated to educate the children on prevention and make them stronger for the season ahead. Since we are fans of your work, we were hoping you could help us out. If you are going to be in the area around this time, maybe you can stop by and sign a few snowboards...the children would really love to see you. The athletes here at the Sports Medicine Center are some of your biggest fans.
