Shaun was looking down the barrel of some huge double corks as he put it all on the line in his first run going huge frontside air into backside 900 and then blasting out with a frontside double cork 1080 which he linked into a cab double cork 1080 and then into a frontside 1080 and finished with a super smooth cab 1080.
This run was quite possibly the highest level of snowboarding that we have seen in the sport's history and although there were some stiff competitors like Louie Vito, Shaun stayed ahead of the pack and continued to push forward. Stay tuned as the US Snowboarding Grand Prix heads to Mammoth Lakes, CA on Jan. 4, 2010.
